Shipping Policy

Unclaimed Shipments

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct shipping information and to collect the parcel within the time frame specified by the carrier.

If a shipment is not collected and is therefore returned to us, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with the return shipping, handling, and administrative fees.

For unclaimed shipments, a minimum fee of 500 SEK per parcel will be deducted from the order refund to cover these costs. If the actual costs exceed this amount, we reserve the right to charge the corresponding actual cost.

If you would like the parcel to be re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply before the order is dispatched again.
